Introduction to Mindfulness

We are constantly thinking about what might happen next and what the future might hold.  Humans are bundles of habits.  We are often unaware of what we do.  We are often a stress-filled auto-pilot.

Mindfulness is a practice that teaches us how to be instead of do.  This practice teaches us how to step back from automatic behaviors and habitual thought patterns.

In this simple, easy to follow 4 week class, you will learn a simple daily practice that will:

  2. Reduce stress
  3. Improve your memory
  4. Authentically enjoy life
