I. Power Point Presentation Overview
- Principles of sitting or standing
- Physical implications of poor body posture as they relate to workplace injuries and downtime
II. Group Activity
- Learn how to identify faulty postures
- Participate in partner assisted postures analysis and identify individual needs
- Practice specific exercises designed to be used at individual work stations
- Learn sound sitting and standing techniques
III. Informational materials handed out
- Exercise sheet consisting of exercises used in workshop
- Information regarding Productive Posture web site for more articles and recommendations
- Laura Bender will be available after each session to answer any questions

- Introduction to Styrofoam rolls and other tools used with the exercises
II. Group Activity
- Group is given specific instructions while using Styrofoam rolls and other exercise materials used to stretch and strengthen the body
- Group performs exercises with partner assistance

- Styrofoam rolls available for purchase
- DVD's available for purchase
